Frequently asked questions

Does TryOnCloud work with page builders like Elementor or Divi?

Yes. The plugin injects the try-on button via WooCommerce's woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_button hook, which fires regardless of the page builder used.

What PHP version is required?

PHP 7.4 or higher. TryOnCloud is tested on PHP 8.0, 8.1, and 8.2.

Can I show try-on only on specific products, not entire categories?

Yes. In the plugin settings, switch from category mode to product mode and enter individual product IDs to enable try-on selectively.

Does it work with WPML or multilingual stores?

Yes. The try-on button label is customisable per language via the plugin settings.
